ScoreQ（以下「本アプリ」）は、膝の患者報告アウトカム評価（IKDC・ACL-RSI・Lysholm・Tegner・KOOS・Oxford Knee Score・FJS-12）に回答すると、スコアと一般的な解説を表示するアプリです。本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。
本アプリは、氏名・連絡先などの個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。氏名や患者番号を入力する欄はありません。
入力された内容（疾患の種類・受傷日・術式・手術日・質問票の回答とスコア）は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者を含む第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
本アプリは、外部との通信を一切行いません。質問票の表示・採点・記録の保存はすべて端末内で完結します。
本アプリは、アクセス解析ツール・広告SDK・トラッキング技術を一切使用していません。
記録のCSV書き出し（コピー・共有）は、利用者が自ら操作した場合にのみ行われます。記録はアプリ内でいつでも削除でき、アプリをアンインストールするとすべてのデータが削除されます。
本アプリが表示するスコアと解説は一般的な参考情報であり、診断や治療方針の決定に代わるものではありません。必ず担当の医療者にご相談ください。

ScoreQ ("the App") lets you answer knee patient-reported outcome measures (IKDC, ACL-RSI, Lysholm, Tegner, KOOS, Oxford Knee Score, FJS-12) and shows the score together with a general interpretation. The App is designed with your privacy as the highest priority.
The App does not collect any personal information such as names or contact details. No account is required, and there is no field for names or patient IDs.
Everything you enter (diagnosis, dates of injury and surgery, procedure, questionnaire answers and scores) is stored only on your device. It is never transmitted to any server, including the developer's.
The App performs no network communication at all. Displaying questionnaires, scoring, and saving records all happen entirely on your device.
The App uses no analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.
CSV export (copy/share) of your records happens only when you explicitly perform it. Records can be deleted in the App at any time, and uninstalling the App deletes all data.
Scores and interpretations shown by the App are general reference information and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment decisions. Always consult your healthcare provider.
