PulseQ（以下「本アプリ」）は、iPhoneの背面カメラとフラッシュに指先を当て、血流による明るさの変化（光電脈波）から心拍数と心拍変動（HRV）の参考値を計測するアプリです。本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。

1. データの収集について

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。

2. カメラの利用について

本アプリは計測中にのみ背面カメラとフラッシュを使用します。カメラ映像は各フレームの平均的な明るさを計算するためだけに使われ、画像・動画として保存されることも、端末の外へ送信されることもありません。計測を止めるとカメラとフラッシュは直ちに停止します。

3. データの保存場所

計測結果（日時・心拍数・HRVの数値）と設定（計測モード・表示言語）は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者を含む第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。アプリ内の「記録」画面からいつでも削除でき、アプリを削除するとこれらのデータも端末から削除されます。

4. 端末の他の機能へのアクセス

本アプリは、写真・位置情報・連絡先・マイク・ヘルスケアAppなど、カメラ以外の端末の機能や他のAppのデータにアクセスしません。

5. 分析・広告について

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツール・広告SDK・トラッキング技術を一切使用していません。ネットワーク通信も行いません。

6. 医療機器ではありません

本アプリは医療機器ではなく、疾患の診断・治療・予防を目的としたものではありません。表示される数値は参考値であり、体調に不安がある場合は医療機関にご相談ください。

PulseQ ("the App") estimates heart rate and heart-rate variability (HRV) from blood-flow brightness changes (photoplethysmography) when you place a fingertip over the iPhone's rear camera and flash. The App is designed with your privacy as the highest priority.

1. Data collection

The App does not collect any personal information. No account is required.

2. Camera use

The rear camera and flash are used only while a measurement is running. Video frames are used solely to compute each frame's average brightness; they are never stored as images or video and never leave the device. The camera and flash stop as soon as the measurement ends.

3. Where data is stored

Measurement results (date, heart rate, HRV values) and settings (mode, language) are stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to the developer or any third party. You can delete results at any time from the History screen, and deleting the App removes all of this data.

4. Access to other device features

Apart from the camera, the App does not access photos, location, contacts, microphone, Health data, or any other app's data.

5. Analytics and advertising

The App uses no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no tracking technology. It performs no network communication.

6. Not a medical device

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Values are for reference only. Consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns about your health.
