CraveQ（以下「本アプリ」）は、食べたい衝動が来たときの対処ツール（ブロック追跡・角栓ぬき・呼吸ガイド・未来イメージ）、衝動と気分の記録と振り返り、食物繊維の記録、If-Thenプラン、食べる速さのガイドなどを提供するアプリです。本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。

1. データの収集について

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。氏名・連絡先などの入力欄はなく、アカウント登録も不要です。開発者が利用者のデータを受け取ることはありません。

2. 入力するデータと保存場所

衝動の強さ・気分・食べたもの（食物繊維）・プラン・メモ・体重・訓練の結果などの記録は、すべてお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者を含む第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。記録はアプリ内で削除でき、アプリを削除するとすべてのデータが端末から削除されます。

3. 通知について

利用者が許可した場合に限り、設定した時刻に端末内でローカル通知（気分チェックやIf-Thenプランのリマインダー）を表示します。通知の内容が外部に送信されることはありません。

4. 分析・広告について

本アプリは、アクセス解析ツール・広告SDK・トラッキング技術を一切使用していません。ネットワーク通信も行いません。

5. 健康上の注意

本アプリは医療機器ではなく、診断や治療を行うものではありません。表示される内容は行動変容の研究にもとづく一般的な情報です。食行動や体重、気分についてお困りのとき、または治療中の方は、担当の医療従事者にご相談ください。

CraveQ Privacy Policy

CraveQ ("the App") provides tools for moments when a food craving hits (block tracking, pore cleaning, a breathing guide and future imagery), logging and reviewing cravings and moods, fiber tracking, If-Then plans and eating-pace guidance. The App is designed with your privacy as the highest priority.

1. Data Collection

The App does not collect any personal information. There are no fields for your name or contact details, and no account is required. The developer never receives your data.

2. Data You Enter and Where It Is Stored

Craving intensity, moods, foods (fiber), plans, notes, weight and training results are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted to any server, including the developer's. You can delete records in the App, and deleting the App removes all of its data from your device.

3. Notifications

Only if you allow it, the App shows local notifications on your device at times you set (mood check-ins and If-Then plan reminders). Notification content is never sent anywhere.

4. Analytics and Advertising

The App uses no analytics tools, advertising SDKs or tracking technologies, and performs no network communication.

The App is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. Its content is general information based on behavior-change research. If you are concerned about your eating, weight or mood, or are under treatment, please consult your healthcare provider.
